For delivery companies with their own couriers and vehicles. Tell us about the company, upload four documents, and choose a password. We review applications within two business days.

1. Company الشركة

As it appears on the trade licence.

2. Authorised signatory المفوّض بالتوقيع

The person who can sign on behalf of the company. This is who we call.

This is also the username you will sign in with.

3. Bank details البيانات البنكية

Where settlements are paid. It must be the company account, not a personal one.

4. Fleet الأسطول

Roughly, today. Nothing here is a commitment — we confirm it during onboarding.

5. Documents المستندات

All four are required. JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB each. Only Qaf Xpress staff can read them — they are not public.

6. Your password كلمة المرور

Creates your sign-in for the partner portal. The portal stays empty until we approve the company — that is expected, not a fault. Already have a Qaf Xpress login with this email? Enter that account's password here and the company will be attached to it.

At least 8 characters.
