A courier collects the envelope from your home or office in Kuwait, we fill the customs declaration, and it lands at the recipient's door in 3–5 business days with one tracking number end to end. Up to 2 kg per envelope. Every shipment quoted in writing before anything moves.

Sending an original passport, certificate of incorporation or marriage certificate? Tell us when you book — we add extended liability cover above the standard KWD 50.
The prohibited list for documents and envelopes is short but firm. If your envelope contains any of these, message us first.

A sealed envelope is enough. Up to 2 kg per envelope; over that it falls into parcel pricing. Originals go in a rigid sleeve — ask the courier if you do not have one.

Customs paperwork
Most documents going abroad still need a short customs declaration. We pre-fill it from what you tell us. Two forms cover everything, and we pick the right one.

CN22 — under KWD 110 declared value
Short declaration. Fits on the envelope label. Sufficient for most personal letters and standard business documents.
CN23 — KWD 110 and above
Full declaration with itemised contents. Needed for legal documents with monetary value, original certificates, or anything bank-related.
"Documents only" exemption
Pure personal correspondence under 100 g often qualifies for a simplified document-only declaration with no detailed CN form. We select the right path for you.

How much does it cost to send documents abroad from Kuwait?
Every document shipment is quoted per shipment, based on where it is going and what it weighs. Send the details and an operator replies with a written quote, usually within one working hour, customs paperwork included.
Do you handle the customs paperwork?
Yes. We complete the CN22 or CN23 customs declaration on your behalf. CN22 covers documents under KWD 110 declared value; CN23 is the full itemised declaration for KWD 110 and above.
Can you collect from my home or office in Kuwait?
Yes. Door pickup anywhere in Kuwait is included, with a same-day pickup window. Overseas pickups for documents coming back to Kuwait are scheduled in the country of origin.
How long does a document take to arrive?
Door-to-door in 3–5 business days for most destinations. We confirm the transit estimate with your written quote before pickup.
Can I send an original passport or certificate?
