Your drivers.
Our routes.
Already run a delivery company in Kuwait? Put your fleet on Qaf Xpress rounds. We plan the routes and print the labels; your drivers deliver on the Qaf app; you get a line-by-line statement every week. No exclusivity, one-page contract.
Takes about 10 minutes. Already applied? Sign in to the subcontractor portal →

Pick the model that fits your fleet
Rate, failed-attempt fee and payment terms are agreed at approval and written into your contract. Cash-on-delivery you collect is reconciled against your statement, never against a driver's pay.
Steady volume, none of the back office.
Routes planned before the day starts
Parcels arrive at your drivers sorted, labelled and sequenced by area. Your drivers scan, drive, deliver — and can re-plan the rest of the round from wherever they are.
Your own portal
See today's orders, every driver's progress, COD collected, and your statements — live, from any browser. Your drivers use the same Qaf courier app as ours, on their own phones.
- Orders, drivers, COD and statements
- Extra-work offers you can accept or ignore
- Add or remove your drivers yourself
Weekly statement, line by line
Every delivered, failed and returned parcel on one statement, priced at your agreed rate, netted against any COD you hold. Paid to the IBAN on your bank letter on the agreed terms.
From application to first round in five steps.

Company details, signatory, bank, fleet size and zones, four documents. About 10 minutes.
We review
An operator checks the documents and calls you to agree the model, rate and payment terms.
Contract & portal
One-page agreement. Your portal sign-in goes live and you add your drivers.
Drivers get codes
Each driver opens qafxpress.com/driver on their phone, gets a sign-in code, and is ready the same day.
Rounds & statements
Parcels dispatched to your zones daily; statement and transfer weekly.
Four documents, one form.
Photos or PDFs, up to 10 MB each. Only Qaf Xpress staff can see them — they are never public.
- Trade licence — with number and expiry date
- Civil ID of the authorised signatory
- Authorised-signatory letter from the company
- Bank letter showing the IBAN — the account we pay into
You'll also be asked for
- Company name (English and Arabic) as on the licence
- Signatory name, role, Kuwait mobile and email — the email becomes your portal sign-in
- Bank name, account holder and IBAN
- How many drivers and vehicles you can put on daily
- Governorate and areas you cover
Who this is for
A registered Kuwaiti company with its own drivers (typically 3 or more) and vehicles, able to run rounds daily in at least one governorate. Sole drivers and vehicle owners should apply as individuals instead.
Straight answers.
Do we have to work only for Qaf Xpress?
No. There is no exclusivity clause. Take the volume you want; extra work is offered, never imposed.
Do our drivers need a special app?
Only the Qaf courier app, which runs in the phone's browser — nothing to install from a store. Once you've added a driver, Qaf issues them a sign-in code the same day.
What about cash-on-delivery?
Your drivers collect COD in the app; the total is reconciled on your weekly statement against what you're owed. A COD float cap is agreed at approval.
Failed attempts and returns?
Failed attempts are recorded with a reason and photo in the app and priced at the agreed failed-attempt fee. Returns go back through the hub on the next round.
How fast can we start?
Typically within a few working days of a complete application — document check, a call to agree terms, then your drivers are coded the same day.
Can we add or remove drivers later?
Yes, from your portal. Removed drivers lose app access immediately; their open parcels are reassigned.
